This project aims to strengthen community solidarity, we believe that if community people have strong solidarity they will get success when they do something within their community.
Indigenous Peoples Vocice (I.P.V) Program is a single and core program of Conserves Indigenous Peoples Language Organization (CIPL), which in this core program has three smaller projects under this program. One of the goals of this program is that the target community is able to access wider information from outside and coordinate the solidarity of communities in their communities. The projects under this program are: Organizational Development (OD) Project, Strengthen Community Participation Project and Community Media Project. Each of these projects will have targeted, activities, goals, term different and distinct.
Strengthen Community Participation project aims to strengthen community solidarity, we believe that if community people have strong solidarity they will get success when they do something within their community. We want them to have ownership on what we are doing with them rather than rely on us, they can lead their own work without NGOs to support in future. Furthermore CIPL want to see them are able to lead NOGs, Government and other stake-holders to do development base on their real needs.

Organizational Development Project is one of our projects to build capacity of CIPL and its staff. We also build ourselves on good government, leadership, finance management and Information security.
Media project is one of our projects , we are building capacity to youth on four main media channels video, radio program news writing and social media to disseminate issues and access to information through social media.
