CIPL conducted its annual reflection workshop

10/01/2025

Conserve Indigenous Peoples Languages Organization(CIPL) conducted its Annual Reflection Workshop at our office in Banlung town, Ratatankri province, Cambodiia, on December 25th and 26th, 2024. There were 38 participants, including 16 women, who were elders, board members, women, youth, and CIPL colleagues.

Some results from the workshop we received:

  1. All the participants get closer to CIPL background and our programs.
  2. They have learned about what we do and outcomes we produced in 2024
  3. The reflection brought up some key potential responses to Indigenous Peoples, such as CIPL promoting the rights of Indigenous Peoples, Promoting the livelihood of the community people, supporting Indigenous students’ access to education, promoting mother tongue languages to be alive, and conserving Indigenous culture, Traditions, and Identity.
  4. The participants provided their good recommendations to improve CIPL’s programs for the future.

We would like to thank our donors, partners, community members, and other stakeholders for funding, technical support, and other resources.
